ALL-IN WITH THE NEW
Maybe you’ve purchased a fixer-upper because you can see past the old, outdated styling and envision the place revitalized, fully renewed. Or perhaps your existing home has aged to the point where it needs significant upgrading. Or more space to make it more comfortably livable. A whole house remodel may be a lot more doable than you think, and it will take less time than refreshing rooms one by one.
In some cases, going whole hog can be more affordable, too. For example, if we have to knock out drywall anyway, we’ll have easy access to update wiring, add an outlet, reroute plumbing, etc. If you plan to refinish the floors in one room, we can do adjoining floors at the same time. You’ll only deal with the mess once and your floors will flow seamlessly from space to space.
